Shipping policy

At Furrify, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely so your pets can enjoy their products as soon as possible.

  1. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is successfully placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  2. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

  3. The estimated delivery time for most orders is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

  4. Shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors such as high demand, courier delays, weather conditions, or holidays. In such cases, delivery may take slightly longer than expected.

  5. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details when placing an order. Furrify is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

  6. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can resolve the issue.

  7. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or cancel the shipment.
