Refund policy

At Furrify, we want every customer and their pets to be happy with their purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

  1. Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if the item is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered.

  2. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

  3. For hygiene and safety reasons, used grooming tools or opened pet care products may not be eligible for return or refund.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  5. If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method, and it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  6. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  7. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side such as a damaged or incorrect product.
